辦理外商投資企業(yè)中國(guó)代表處所需要提供的文檔：
The documents needed for representative office of foreign enterprise provided by you:

1： 公司注冊(cè)證書復(fù)印件和外國(guó)公司中國(guó)駐當(dāng)?shù)氐拇笫桂^、領(lǐng)事館或當(dāng)?shù)芈蓭熜袑?duì)該證書的認(rèn)證原件。
The copy of company registration certificate and the notary public document of original certification by embassy or consulate of China or local law firm.
2：資信證明原件兩份（最好是中文版）（由外方所開賬戶銀行出具）
The credit certification script of bank of foreign company (Remark how many savings in the bank).
3：首席代表的護(hù)照復(fù)印件與大一寸彩照8張。
The copy of passport of executive director and  8×1″color photos of executive director.
4：場(chǎng)地證明：租賃合同原件（須經(jīng)房屋租賃管理所備案）、產(chǎn)權(quán)證明復(fù)印件
Representative offices lease contract (taken to housing administration bureau to register a file) and the copy of the house-owner property certificate.
5：外國(guó)企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)立登記申請(qǐng)書（我司提供）
The application form of foreign companies for setting up representative office registration（provided by us ）.
6：董事會(huì)任命首席代表的任命書（我司提供）(董事簽名，蓋公章)
