進口氣動V型球閥是一種直角回轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的高級控制閥，它與閥門定位器配套使用，可實現(xiàn)比例調(diào)節(jié)；與二位五通電磁閥及控制箱配套使用，可實現(xiàn)開關(guān)控制。V型球閥閥芯設(shè)計成帶有特殊形狀的V型缺口，具有精確的截流物性和控制功能，適用于各種控制場合，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，可緊臥安裝等優(yōu)點。適用于氣體、液體、固態(tài)顆粒狀介質(zhì)的控制。由于閥芯和閥座之間是無間隙回轉(zhuǎn)，所以具有很大的剪切力及自潔性能，尤其適用于含有纖維性或有微小固體顆粒的懸濁液及固態(tài)顆粒狀的控制。因此本產(chǎn)品可廣泛用于石油、化工、造紙、化纖、電力、冶金、制藥、環(huán)保等工業(yè)部門的自控系統(tǒng)。

      采用新型系列GT型氣動執(zhí)行器，有雙作用式和單作用式(彈簧復(fù)位)，齒輪齒條傳動，安全可靠；大口徑閥門采用系列AW型氣動執(zhí)行器拔叉式傳動，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，輸出扭矩大，有雙作用式和單作用式。

1、齒輪式雙活塞，輸出力矩大，體積小。

2、氣缸選用鋁金材料，重量輕、外形美觀。

3、可在頂部、底部安裝手動操作機構(gòu)。

4、齒條式連接可調(diào)節(jié)開啟角度、額定流量。

5、執(zhí)行器可選帶電訊號反饋指示及各類附件以實現(xiàn)自動化操作。

6、IS05211標(biāo)準(zhǔn)連接為產(chǎn)品的安裝更換提供了方便。

7、兩端調(diào)的節(jié)螺釘可使標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品在0°和90°有±4°的可調(diào)范圍。確保與閥門的同步精度。
