無負壓供水設備的保養(yǎng)責任

設備供應商除按照國有相關(guān)商品質(zhì)量責任條款承擔保修責任外，還應包括提供不少于3的免費維護保養(yǎng)服務承諾。免費維護保養(yǎng)期自設備驗收合格投入使用起計算。設備供應商與使用人訂立保養(yǎng)服務合同，并將合同同時提交廣州奧凱環(huán)?？萍加邢薰緜浒?。對設備提供終身跟蹤，定期保養(yǎng)維修服務，并將保養(yǎng)維修及回訪內(nèi)容提交威立雅公司備案。第七條本試行管理辦法自下發(fā)之日起行。本文為過渡性管理辦法。在省建設行政主管部門或省行業(yè)協(xié)會有關(guān)疊壓供水設備的相關(guān)標準、規(guī)定及管理辦法出臺前，暫時執(zhí)行本辦法。
